Replacement AMSCO 600 STEAM STERILIZER   2

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is requesting one steam sterilizer within the Atlanta VA Medical Center SPS Department located in Decatur, GA. The sterilizers are utilized to sterilize Reusable Media Equipment (RME) from the Operating Room and all specialty clinics, including dental clinics at AVC and all other CBOCs. The steam sterilizers are essential to kill potential disease-causing organisms and provide sterility assurance of the RME being delivered to all clinics and operating rooms.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide one AMSCO 600 Prevac Steam Sterilizer, along with associated items such as a sterilizer chamber rail, installation services, operator's manual, service data manual, and energy market origination. The contractor will also be responsible for providing a detailed work plan and briefing, on-site set-up of the steam sterilizers by authorized technicians, and verification of proper and functional installation of the steam sterilizers. The performance period for this work is 30 calendar days or less from the date of award.
