Background
The Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) of the Veterans Affairs (VA) in Lakeland, Florida, located at 2080 Meadowbrook Park Blvd, has a need for Refraction Desks across the newly constructed Lakeland CBOC facility. The current Lakeland VA CBOCs will be combining into one new facility and will be expanding services to better serve the local veteran community. This move aims to enhance the services provided, thereby improving the care for the local veteran community.

Work Details
The Lakeland VA CBOCs is seeking proposals from contractors to supply equipment that is brand name or equal. The equipment should meet or exceed the physical, functional, and performance of the listed salient characteristics in this section. The equipment feature is essential to new facility and allows us to provide the best level of care for our Veterans.

- Miscellaneous Item: Built-in Tissue dispenser mounted in 2nd drawer in bank of drawers.

Period of Performance
All units are to be delivered to the project site on or before 4/15/2024.
