- Tl-201 Thallous Chloride per mCi, 10 VL
- Tc-99m Sulfur Colloid, 500 uCi, 50 EA
- Tc-99m Macroaggregated Albumin (MAA), 4-7 mCi, 50 EA
- Tc-99m Medronate (MDP), 20-30 mCi, 1500 EA
- Tc-99m DTPA (Pentate), 5-25 mCi, 15 EA
- In-111 Labeled White Blood Cells (kit includes syringes and anticoagulant), 5 EA
- Tc-99m Sodium Pertechnetate, per mCi, 3000 EA
- I-123 NAI Capsule, per 100 uCi, 1606 EA
- GA-67 Gallium Citrate, per mCi, 6 EA

The contractor must comply with all relevant regulations and provide routine delivery and pick-up services to the Nuclear Medicine Department at the facility.

Period of Performance
Base Year: April 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026; Option Year 1: April 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027; Option Year 2: April 1, 2027 - March 31, 2028; Option Year 3: April 1, 2028 - March 31, 2029; Option Year 4: April 1, 2029 - March 31, 2030.
