The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Wilkes Barre, PA Medical Center, intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with Biomerieux, Inc. 100 Rodolphe St., Durham, NC 27712-9402, to award a Base and Four Option Year contract to purchase Biomerieux Procalcitonin VIDAS BRAHMS PCT Test Kits and QCV Quality Control VIDAS Test Kits, in the annual quantities listed below. Estimated Annual contract amount: $94,000 per year. Estimated Base and Four Option Year Amount: $470,000.
