Background
The contract is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for the James A. Haley VA Hospital in Tampa, Florida. The goal of the contract is to replace the nurse call system within the hospital campus to bring it up to date with the most current product, infrastructure, hardware, and software available.

Work Details
The work includes providing design-build services to replace the nurse call system in various areas within the hospital, such as Cath Lab, Hemodialysis, ICU, Cardiology, and other specified locations. The contractor is required to conduct site investigation, demolition work, civil/structural work, architectural modifications, interior design, and provide all necessary personnel and equipment to meet or exceed required service. The contractor must also comply with security clauses and submit testing specifications.

Period of Performance
The delivery date for the project is 360 days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
