Install Wireless Access Point & Cameras   2

Background
The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Information Technology Department, must install three cameras, one access point (AP), and cables at Tuba City Boarding School (TCBS) Warehouse located on the Navajo Indian Reservation in Arizona. The project is part of the BIE's efforts to enhance security and surveillance at the warehouse.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide and install three ethernet cables from the current wireless bridge to the front of the warehouse, as well as install three cameras (two inside and one outside) and one wireless access point in the main area of the warehouse. Additionally, the contractor must pull/install four cables for cameras and AP, configure the wireless AP Cisco to the current Wireless LAN Controller (WLC), supply, configure, and install a Cisco smartnet and license, and provide configuration and passwords to TCBS. The work also includes compliance with all applicable safety codes and standards.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the installation work is from September 7, 2023, to November 30, 2023.

Place of Performance
The project is located at TCBS Warehouse on the Navajo Indian Reservation in Tuba City, Navajo County, Arizona.
