The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), in support of the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I) Communication and Global Positioning System Navigation Program Office (PMW/A 170), intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, L3 Technologies, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302(1)(a), for the production and delivery of seven (7) Commercial Broadband Satellite Program (CBSP) Force Level Variant (FLV) hardened radomes. L3, is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the standard and hardened CBSP FLV radomes and the only source that can deliver the seven (7) hardened radomes. CBSP terminals provide terminal-to-shore, space and terrestrial connectivity to significantly increase throughput of data to improve Commercial Satellite Communications (COMSATCOM) reliability and provide redundancy for Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM). The NAICS code for this procurement is 334220. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.
