Background
The National Park Service is seeking to award a firm-fixed price contract for the procurement of Hot Mix Asphalt to support Yellowstone National Park’s paving operations. The acquisition is in support of Yellowstone National Park and is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside.

Work Details
The specific products to be delivered under the contract include Superpave PG58-34 and a Mobile Asphalt Plant for Yellowstone National Park. The period of performance for the contract is from 08/07/2023 to 10/27/2023.
The work also involves mobilization and demobilization of the mix plant to Norris Junction Pit in Yellowstone National Park, WY, and the delivery of 8,170 tons of Superpave PG58-34 asphalt mix (including asphalt concrete aggregate, oil/anti-strip, mixing) to the same location.
