Federal Student Aid (FSA) is seeking information from companies that have the ability to provide alternative formats of communication documents to blind or visually impaired recipients. FSA is required to provide additional formats of communication, in both English and Spanish. FSA will offer the choice of the following four formats for all regular documents; Braille, Data Compact Disc (CD), Large Print, and Audio CD. This project will provide production of documents in an alternate format. The production process, will include reporting, file transfers, file naming conventions, notice processing, file tracking, creating, producing, quality checking and shipping alternative notice formats that include Braille, Data CD (in file format .RTF, .PDF, .HTML, and .DOCX), Audio CD, and Large Print to be sent to the recipient. Please submit a capability statement with proposed pricing for this project.
