It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure their quote is received in its entirety by the Contracting Officer before the solicitation closing.

This solicitation is for the procurement of 503B Compounding Pharmacy supplies for the Minneapolis VA Health Care System. The VA anticipates one Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity award to provide supplies to the Minneapolis Health Care System.

Work Details
The Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirement for 503B compounding facilities for large-batch manufacturing of pre-packaged IV medications and eye injections for use in the hospital, anesthesia, and surgery centers. The products must be ordered and delivered directly from the 503B compounding facility, and third party distributors of 503B compounded products are not permitted to perform the work outlined in this SOW due to VA regulations. The facility must be regulated by the Minnesota State Board of Pharmacy, FDA, and DEA, and compliant with compounding standards such as U.S. Pharmacopeial Chapters 795, 797, and 800, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP), among others. The contract shall be for a base period of twelve (12) months with the options to extend for an additional 12-month period.

The supplies shall be delivered FOB Destination to MVAHCS at One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis MN 55417.
