Background
The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions is issuing this solicitation for the purchase, installation, and disposal of water heaters at the Dunseith Day School in Dunseith, ND.

This procurement is set aside 100% for Native American Owned businesses in accordance with the Buy Indian Act Regulations/Notice of Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE). The goal is to provide essential heating equipment to support the educational mission of the school.
