Description

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price, contract to TK Airport Solutions, Inc. for the procurement of two air conditioning units for passenger boarding bridges in support of Air Mobility Command (AMC), Naval Air Terminal. The Government will solicit and award using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. See attachment for details.

Background
