Description

The Contractor shall produce and deliver 1,800 Dragons' Teeth Replicas over the period of performance, as scheduled with the brigade. The contractor shall arrange for transportation and delivery. The delivery personnel must be able to access the Fort Cavazos military installation. 1,400 Dragons' Teeth Replicas must be delivered to Ft Cavazos NLT August 1, 2025, and the full order must be completed/delivered by September 30, 2025. Further detail is provided in the draft Statement of Work (SOW) and Product Description (PD) attached to this announcement (Attachment 1).

The Dragons' Teeth Replicas are one-piece, plastic, 4-sided triangular pyramid (one side left open) measuring 160cm on each edge, 130.6cm tall and with an estimated 6.52mm wall thickness. The provided wall thickness is a baseline of thickness that can vary depending on material properties; final wall thickness should be structurally sound and able to withstand stacking for storage and transportation and consistent exposure to the elements in Central Texas.

Background
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Cavazos Office is conducting market research to identify parties interested in supporting the requirement for the 36th Engineer Brigade Complex Obstacle Project, specifically for the procurement of Dragons’ Teeth Replicas. The goal is to procure these services on a competitive basis, with an intention to set aside the requirement for small businesses.

Work Details
The contractor shall produce and deliver a total of 1,800 Dragons’ Teeth Replicas. The specifications for the replicas are as follows:
- Type: One-piece, plastic, 4-sided triangular pyramid (one side left open)
- Dimensions: Each edge measures 160 cm, height is 130.6 cm
- Wall Thickness: Estimated at 6.52 mm, which may vary based on material properties but must be structurally sound for stacking and exposure to elements in Central Texas.
- Material: High density polyethylene, rotationally molded with UV resistant additive, color matched to resemble concrete sidewalk.

Delivery Schedule:
- 1,400 Dragons’ Teeth Replicas must be delivered to Fort Cavazos no later than August 1, 2025.
- The full order of 1,800 replicas must be completed and delivered by September 30, 2025.

Period of Performance
The delivery personnel must arrange for transportation and delivery over the period scheduled with the brigade; specifically, 1,400 replicas by August 1, 2025, and full completion by September 30, 2025.
