The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to Requests For Information (RFIs) received in response to this solicitation.

Q1: Could you please provide details on the necessary voltage specifications (single-phase or three-phase) and the required frequency (Hertz), if applicable?

A1: 220V Single Phase

Q2: Could you please confirm the budget allocated for this project?

A2: We are not able provide the budget allocated for this project.

Q3: Would you like me to include the most essential tools in the project and revise the quote accordingly?

A3: Please provide your best terms from a technical and price standpoint.

Q4: Is it possible to extend the delivery timeline? We currently have two tables in stock, but they may sell out before the solicitation results are announced. If so, we would need an additional six months to produce two new tables.

A4: Desired delivery is 60 calendar days ARO, however offers that exceed this may be accepted if it is in the best interest of the government.

Background
This solicitation is issued by the Department of the Air Force, Headquarters 36th Wing (PACAF) at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The goal of this contract is to procure a Hydraulic Cylinder Repair Bench for the 36 LRS Vehicle Maintenance unit. Work Details
The contractor is required to provide the following items:
1. Hydraulic Cylinder Repair Bench in accordance with Attachment 1 – Salient Characteristics.
- CLIN 0001: Quantity: 2 EA, Part number: HTW50B (for reference only)
- CLIN 0002: Quantity: 1 EA, Direct Shipment and Delivery to:
- 36 LRS/Vehicle Maintenance
- Bldg 18001 Arc Light Blvd
- Andersen AFB, Yigo, Guam 96929.

The total cost will be calculated based on the unit prices provided by the vendor for each CLIN.

Period of Performance
Desired Delivery Date: 60 Days After Receipt of Order.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to Bldg 18001 Arc Light Blvd, Andersen AFB, Yigo, Guam 96929.
