Background
The United States Department of the Interior (DOI) Office of Facilities and Administrative Services (OFAS) Creative Communication Services (CCS) has a requirement to purchase a medium range UV inkjet flatbed printer.

CCS provides printing, graphic design, and other communications media services for the Office of the Secretary and Interior Bureaus. The goal is to acquire a printer that offers versatility in printing directly on various surfaces while being environmentally friendly.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of one (1) 24x36 UV Inkjet Flatbed Printer. The printer must meet the following minimum requirements:
- New items only; no remanufactured or gray market items are acceptable.
- Vendor must be an OEM, authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller verified by documentation from the OEM.
- All warranty and service associated with the equipment must be provided by the OEM.
- The delivery location is specified as 1849 C Street NW Room 1647, Washington DC 20240.
- Delivery is required within 45 calendar days after contract award.
