Background
This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the acquisition of two (2) Mobile Assessment Vehicles (MAV) to be used for Radio Frequency (RF) testing by the 346 Test Squadron, which is part of the Department of the Air Force. The solicitation is issued in accordance with Part 12 'Acquisition of Commercial Items' and Part 13 'Simplified Acquisition Procedures'. It is a 100% small business set aside under NAICS 333924 with a size standard as 900 employees.

Work Details
The Mobile Assessment Vehicles (MAV) are required to be commercial items according to Part 2.101. The award will be made on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, and offerors must submit a proposal addressing all elements of the Statement of Objectives (SOO) for the total price along with drawings that clearly depict every aspect of the requirement. The solicitation also specifies that proposals must be valid for 45 days.

The place of performance for this contract is specified as the 346th Test Squadron at JBSA San Antonio, Texas.
