This up date is to provide clarification regarding solicitation announcement W9128F24R0012. The initial posting was mistakenly listed under the incorrect number, W9128F24R0069, within PIEE-Solicitation and that posting with reference solicitation number W9128F24R0069 is closed due to inaccuracies.

Additionally, there is another posting under the correct number, but it does not include the most updated solicitation. This posting has also been marked as cancelled until we can resolve the issue with the help desk.

$249M IDIQ MATOC for Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) - Small Business Set-Aside (Requirement Sources Sought # W9128F23SE001/W9128F24R0012 Pre-Solicitation Notice) tied to this action). This acquisition will be used to procure Environmental Remediation Services within the Northwestern Division District. This announcement may award up to eight (8) Small-Business (SB) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)s Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The Government will compete the MATOC for ERS under the responsibility of the USACE NWO District Area of Responsibility (AOR). See attached solicitation. Proposals are due on 9 October 2024 by 2:00PM CST.

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is issuing a $249 million Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) as a Small Business Set-Aside.

This contract aims to procure environmental remediation services within the Northwestern Division District, supporting various approved customers under the USACE NWD Area of Responsibility (AOR). The contract will allow for the issuance of up to eight contracts to small businesses, facilitating competitive task orders as needs arise.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a wide range of environmental remediation services, including but not limited to:
1. Conducting preliminary assessments, site inspections, and remedial investigations.
2. Performing feasibility studies and remedial designs for hazardous waste sites.
3. Executing site remediation activities addressing both regulated and non-regulated toxic substances, including construction activities when necessary.
4. Ensuring compliance with federal regulations such as RCRA and CERCLA, as well as state/local regulations related to hazardous waste management.
5. Managing multiple task orders simultaneously at different sites as required by the USACE.
6. Providing all necessary labor, materials, facilities, and equipment to fulfill task order requirements.
7. Implementing pollution prevention measures and conducting health and safety assessments throughout the project lifecycle.

Period of Performance
The contract has a base ordering period of five years with an option for an additional two years and a potential six-month extension thereafter.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed within the Northwestern Division District area of responsibility.
