The purpose of this Amendment is as follows:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items , as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

1. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 86615621Q00009.
2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 March 10, 2021.
3. Set-Aside Applicable to this Procurement and the Associated NAICS Code: This requirement is set-aside on an unrestricted basis for full and open competition. The NAICS code is 519130 Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The anticipated contract type is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

5. Description of Requirements for the services being Acquired: See Attachment 0001 Statement of Work
6. Date(s) and Place(s) of Performance: 1-year base period (September 1, 2021 August 31, 2021) with four 1-year options. The web-based subscription services shall be performed at the Contractor's site.
