2025 Tinker Air Show Fuels, Smoke and Oil

Background
The Department of the Air Force, specifically the 72D Logistics Readiness Squadron at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma, is issuing this contract to provide essential oil products for the upcoming 2025 Tinker Air Show scheduled for June 28 and 29.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that all necessary oils are delivered in a timely manner to support the operations during the airshow.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide and deliver the following oil products to Tinker AFB:
- Smoke oil: 36 each - 55 gallon drums
- Mobil Jet Oil II Synthetic Turbine: 2 cases
- Aeroshell 120W: 2 each - 55 gallon drums
- Aeroshell 100W: 4 cases
- Aeroshell 15W50: 4 cases
- Aeroshell 100W Plus: 4 cases
- Phillips XC 25W60 OSH+: 4 cases
- Phillips XC 25W60 OPH 2: 4 cases
- Phillips XC 20W50: 2 cases

Deliveries must be made to Warehouse Building 3705, Bay B, Door 14 at Tinker AFB, prior to June 16, 2025, during operational hours from Monday through Friday between 0730 and 1630 hours.

Period of Performance
Deliveries must be completed prior to June 16, 2025.

Place of Performance
Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.
