Description

SAF/FMEW is the registration focal point for education and training for SAF/FM personnel. This contract allows for 170 SAF/FM personnel to register/attend and have two booths at the Society of Defense Financial Management (SDFM) Hybrid PDI 2025. PDI is the premier training event for resource/financial managers in the Department of Defense, US Coast Guard, and public and private sectors. This three-day training event features a full day of Service and Defense Agencies workshops; general sessions with keynote speakers; mini courses aligned to the DoD Financial Management Certification Program competencies and associated proficiency levels; financial management, audit, acquisition, and workforce management workshops; and other special activities. Event will be held in person/virtually, May 27- May 30, 2025. Registration opens March 3, 2025. Attendees will register once the site becomes available. These sessions meet the National Association of State Boards of Accounting standards.

Background
The SAF/FMEW serves as the registration focal point for education and training for SAF/FM personnel. The contract is aimed at facilitating participation in the Society of Defense Financial Management (SDFM) Hybrid PDI 2025, which is recognized as the premier training event for resource and financial managers within the Department of Defense, US Coast Guard, and both public and private sectors.

Work Details
The contract encompasses the registration fees and booth rentals for 170 SAF/FM personnel, including DAF award winners, DAF service day speakers, and other attendees. Specifically, it includes:
- Registration fees for 170 participants to attend the SDFM PDI 2025 conference.
- Rental of 2 booths dedicated to workforce development at the event.

The three-day training event will feature workshops from various Services and Defense Agencies, keynote sessions, mini courses aligned with DoD Financial Management Certification Program competencies, as well as workshops on financial management, audit, acquisition, and workforce management.
