Background
The 193d Special Operations Wing is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for monthly lodging services. This contract aims to provide clean and smoke-free accommodations for personnel, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety standards.

The BPA will facilitate efficient lodging arrangements for the members of the Pennsylvania Air National Guard.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:
1. Furnish clean and smoke-free double and single occupancy hotel/motel rooms at predetermined prices that comply with GSA per diem rates.
2. Ensure that all rooms meet municipal, state, and federal environmental, health, and safety standards.
3. Maintain an approved list of hotels that are inspected annually by a designated inspection team from the 193d SOW.
4. Handle reservations through the Automated Lodging Reservation System (ALRS), including processing cancellations within one hour of notification.
5. Investigate customer complaints and respond within one business day.
6. Ensure housekeeping services meet commercial standards, including daily cleaning unless a 'do not disturb' sign is posted.
7. Provide check-in/check-out services 24/7 and verify member identities against a provided roster at hotels.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be ongoing as needed, with specific monthly reservations being processed based on requests from the Services Flight.

Place of Performance
Lodging services will primarily be performed in hotels located no more than ten miles from Middletown, PA, and no more than fifteen miles from Ft Indiantown Gap, PA.
