Background
The 17th Field Artillery Brigade requires latrine services for operational training exercises at the Orchard Combat Training Center in Boise, Idaho. These services are essential to maintain and ensure combat readiness. The contractor will coordinate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to ensure timely delivery of services as outlined in the Master Latrine Schedule.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, water, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personnel services necessary to deliver and service rental portable toilets. Specific tasks include:
1. Provide rental and pumping services for vendor-owned portable toilets.
2. Deliver, place, service, and pick up portable toilet rental units within the greater Boise commuting area including Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Meridian, and Kuna Idaho.
3. Ensure all units are in good condition and fully operational at all times.
4. Portable toilets must meet specifications including a standard size unit with a toilet, toilet paper, urinal, locking door, and hand sanitizer.
5. Complete placement of all portable toilets no later than 12 hours prior to a scheduled event.
6. Develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Period of Performance
The specific period of performance will be detailed within the Master Latrine Schedule.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within the Orchard Combat Training Center at Boise, Idaho.
