PROJECT TITLE: RENOVATE BUILDING 1040
PROJECT LOCATION: 137TH WILL ROGERS AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, OK

THE OKLAHOMA CITY AIR NATIONAL GUARD, OKLAHOMA IS ISSUING THIS SOLICITATION FOR PROJECT #YZEU142025 TO RENOVATE BUILDING 1040. THE WORK LOCATION WILL BE AT THE WILL ROGERS AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, OKC, OK 73179.

THIS PROJECT IS BEING SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION (NAICS) CODE IS 236220, WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $45,000,000.00. THE MAGNITUDE IS BETWEEN $5,000,000 AND $10,000,000 IAW FAR 36.204(F). PERSONS WHO INTEND TO BID ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE/SITE VISIT BEING HELD ON ***30 JANUARY 2025 @1000HRS CST****. FURTHER DETAILS ARE OUTLINED IN THE SOLICITATION.

IAW FAR 52.232-18 "FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS CONTRACT. CURRENTLY, THE GOVERNMENT ANTICIPATES FUNDS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE PRIOR TO 30 SEP 2025. THIS ACTION HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED ON THE NATIONAL GUARD PRIORITY LIST FOR AWARD IF FUNDS BECOME AVAILABLE AND THE PRICES RECEIVED ARE WITHIN AN AFFORDABLE RANGE. AWARD WILL BE MADE TO THE RESPONSIBLE BIDDER WHOSE BID CONFORMS TO THE INVITATION FOR BIDS AND IS MOST ADVANTAGEOUS TO THE GOVERNMENT CONSIDERING ONLY PRICE AND PRICE RELATED FACTORS."

Background
The Oklahoma City Air National Guard is issuing this solicitation for Project #YZEU142025 to renovate Building 1040 located at the Will Rogers Air National Guard Base in Oklahoma City, OK.

The mission of the agency is to maintain and enhance military readiness through infrastructure improvements. The goal of this contract is to modernize and upgrade the facilities to support various operational functions.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks: reconfigure the interior layout of Building 1040 to accommodate squadron operations, Command Post space, Intelligence Squadron support, and Communication Squadron administration and shop functional areas.

The project includes upgrading all interior finishes, repairing or replacing ceiling tiles, and replacing floor coverings to align with new interior walls. Additionally, the project will incorporate interior space that meets ICS 705-1 requirements.

Specific tasks include:
1) Renovate Building 1040 in accordance with the Statement of Work dated November 24;
2) Replace existing windows with new storefront triple-pane laminated glazing including new frames.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will commence upon award and notice to proceed, with specific timelines for completion outlined in the contract documents.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the Will Rogers Air National Guard Base, Oklahoma City, OK.
