Background
The U.S. Army Reserve is seeking to enhance soldier engagement and retention efforts through the procurement of marketing and promotional materials. This solicitation, identified as W911S225U0369, aims to support the reenlistment mission by providing essential items that contribute to overall mission success.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:

1. **Black Backpack with USAR LOGO**
- Capacity: Minimum 34L
- Size: Approximately 11" x 18" x 12" (28 x 45.5 x 30 cm) (W x H x D)
- Material: High-density fabric for durability and water resistance
- Features: Double-stitched heavy-duty zippers, utility-style cord pulls, side and front load compression system, comfortable padding on back area, ventilated mesh padding on shoulder straps, hydration compatible (suitable for a 2.5L hydration bladder), versatile use for military activities or trekking, Molle system for customization.
- Quantity: 450 each

2. **Coyote Brown Backpack with USAR LOGO**
- Specifications similar to the Black Backpack.
- Quantity: 450 each

3. **20 Ounce Tumblers with USAR LOGO**
- Quantity: 840 each

4. **Wireless Speakers with USAR LOGO**
- Quantity: 830 each

All items must be delivered F.O.B. destination within a preferred delivery time of 30 days.

Period of Performance
