The 410th Contracting Support Brigade/Regional Contracting Center Americas, in support of US Army South, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) 10K generators with performance in/delivery to Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. The contractor shall provide nine (9) 10,000 (10K) Kilowatts (KW) generators with maintenance and refueling services to ensure continuous operations 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, with capability to power US equipment (110V). The anticipated period of performance is from 22 Apr 2025 to 9 May 2025. The Contractor is responsible for providing all personnel equipment, parts and services under the terms of this contract. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supplies or services.

Background
The 410th Contracting Support Brigade/Regional Contracting Center – Americas, in support of US Army South, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the rental of 10K generators.
This initiative aims to ensure continuous operational capabilities for US equipment in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide nine (9) 10,000 (10K) Kilowatts (KW) generators along with maintenance and refueling services.
The services must ensure continuous operations 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, with the capability to power US equipment operating at 110V.
The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, parts, and services necessary under the terms of this contract.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is from April 22, 2025, to May 9, 2025.
