Background

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. **Demolition**: Disconnect all utilities (electrical, sewer, water, gas) before demolishing a 15x60' manufactured trailer home. This includes evacuating refrigerants from air conditioning units and removing all interior materials and trash. Additionally, trees and vegetation around the structure must be cleared, along with any wooden ramps or stairs.
2. **Disposal**: All demolition debris must be disposed of at a certified landfill, with receipts provided to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
3. **Earthwork**: The contractor must bring in fill material to restore the site to grade after demolition.
4. **Site Clean-Up**: Ensure that the site is free of debris and materials post-demolition.
5. **Warranty**: A one-year warranty on labor and materials is required at no additional cost.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is set for 180 days from the notice to proceed.
