The supplier shall provide a 'Statutory Sample' of at least 400-milliliters in volume, taken from the receiving vessel’s inlet bunker manifold, together with a Bunker Delivery Note (BDN). The sample shall be sealed and will carry a sample tag that provides the documentation required per MARPOL 73/78 Annex VI Regulation 18.
