Visitor Management Support Services

The Government anticipates soliciting this requirement as an SBA Certified HUBZone total set-a-side. The DHS, Office of the Chief Security Officer (OCSO) is seeking contractor support for the Visitor Management Access Control Office; and Visitor Centers operation facilities located in the Washington DC metropolitan area. The primary place of duty is the Nebraska Ave Complex (NAC), Washington DC. However, visitor management support may include service for the St. Elisabeth campus, Washington DC, and TSA Headquarters, Springfield, VA. The Contractor shall provide staffing coverage as needed to keep designated post/stations operating, including times of adverse conditions. A brief summary of some of the functions to be performed includes, but not limited to, screen and schedule visitors; issue badges and maintain accountability; participate in conducting security functions in compliance with government laws and regulation policies; operate DHS visitor management system data systems; provide work related progress reports; and perform other customer service administrative related activities.
