USCIS Field Operations Directorate - Field Office Support Services (FOSS)

USCIS is seeking Field Office Support Services (FOSS) in support of the Field Operations Directorate, and the Fraud Detection and National Security (FDNS) DIrectorate. Tasks under FOSS include: Unclassified Mail Distribution Management (which includes courier services, receipt and delivery of non-classified correspondence, files, records and parcels that aren t supplies/equipment), performing file audits, creating new files, performing unclassified file maintenance, and providing naturalization ceremony support. USCIS is anticipating using PACTS III when available but is still conducting market research. USCIS will update this record as necessary.
