USCG FINCEN Management Support

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has implemented a new financial system which forced changes to many business processes and financial accounting processes resulting in manual processes. The USCG is focusing on data driven processes and staffing controls to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial accounting processes to ensure audit compliancy. The United States Coast Guard requires data driven business processes for managing its financial accounting processes at the United States Coast Guard Finance Center (FINCEN). The Contractor shall support FINCEN by providing services to support data driven processes to assistance with the review and revision of procedures and recommend solutions. This support will enable the FINCEN to improve business processes and continue to achieve a clean audit opinion.
