USCG Federated IT

The USCG currently possesses an instance of Microsoft 365, government suite called Microsoft G5. This version comes with the Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Notes. Furthermore, the G5 suite includes Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online. Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online software allow for collaboration, dissemination of information, and low-code/no-code platform for USCG personnel to develop tools that will enhance the daily operations, called Microsoft Power Platform. To mitigate the lack of technical expertise, a Federated IT service is requested to develop the Power Platform applications to include but not limited to PowerAPPS, PowerBI, Power Automate, and Power Pages; development of relationship databases and/or SharePoint Lists, and management of SharePoint channels with best practices and ensure that cybersecurity controls are in place.
