Task 3: 2024-2026 Fellows Cohort Task 3: BASE YEAR: 2024-2025

The Office requires the contractor to administer all the pay and benefits (including health insurance and paid annual and sick leave) for year 1 of their two-year fellowship to nine (9) fellows. The contractor shall provide the fellows annual training and career counseling and be available to answer fellow's professional development questions.REQUIREMENTS:The contractor shall provide all administrative support to nine Fellows (2024-2026 cohort). This includes:Payment of annual salary of $42,000 (gross) to each fellow. During the contract base year (2024-2025), the federal government provides $34,500 annually while the host provides the other $7,500 annually. During the contract option year (2025-2026), the federal government provides a cost of living adjustment based on locality.
