Supplemental Snow Removal Grand Forks NASOC, North Dakota

The Grand Forks NASOC is located on the Grand Forks AFB, ND. The spaces consist of two aircraft hangars and one administrative building that support both fix winged and unmanned aircraft maintenance and flying operations in addition to a national training center in building 629. There is a support agreement with the U.S. Air Force base in place for general services to include snow removal in the common areas such as parking lots, access roads, and aircraft movement spaces. This doesn t not provide snow removal for doors, walkways, delivery access, and hangar doors where hand shoveling is needed. This supplemental snow removal contract will address the areas not covered by the support agreement with the USAF base. Acquisition Strategy: small business set-aside on the open market.
