Description
The US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) requires a complete DESIGN & BUILD SERVICE FOR A NEW RETAINING WALL FOR EROSION CONTROL & GROUND STABILITY IN ST. CROIX, USVI. A Site Survey must be coordinated with the construction contractor before submitting the proposals. The Contractor shall acquaint himself with all available information regarding difficulties which may be encountered and the conditions, including safety precautions, under which the work must be accomplished under the contract. The Contractor will not be relieved from performing the services required herein because of its failure to investigate the conditions or to become acquainted with all information concerning with the DESIGN & BUILD service to be performed. The Contractor shall coordinate and perform all work required in strict compliances with the approved project design, construction plans, instructions, required design specifications and national constructions and design codes.
