U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol, Strategic Planning and Analysis Directorate (SPAD), has a requirement for Program Management support including Strategic Support Services to assist SPAD in reaching its strategic goals efficiently and effectively across several key initiatives, including but not limited to: strategic transformation initiatives, communications to articulate a unified vision across the Directorate, development of success metrics for large-scale SPAD initiatives, solutions to increase efficiencies in project management activities and operations, an additional ad-hoc support for sensitive and high-priority initiatives as needed by SPAD's leadership team.
