Revision to the requirement: USCIS has a requirement to procure program management and records management support services to include correspondence management, data collection, fee collection, and file operations support. Support services are required for the California, Vermont, Nebraska, Texas, and Potomac Service Center locations. The Service Center Operations Directorate is currently undergoing a transformation from a paper-based business model to be a more electronic and digital program. Over the course of this requirement, it is anticipated the physical footprint at some centers will dramatically reduce throughout performance. 2.) USCIS is anticipating using PACTS II for this requirement 3.) USCIS is anticipating issuing a draft PWS to PACTS II, Functional Category 2 vendors on or before 4/27/2022 Update as of 4/06/2022 - USCIS is further identifying the needs of this requirement. This requirement will consolidate the contractor support for California, Vermont, Nebraska, Texas, and Potomac Service Centers locations. This requirement will also provide support to Service Centers Operations (SCOPS), Office of Intake and Productions (OIDP), and Fraud Detections and National Security program offices. USCIS is still conducting market research and will update this record to reflect the appropriate vehicle once determined.
