SCMS NCR (C)

Provide support to Networked Communications Resources (NCR) including Radio Frequency (RF) systems engineering research and development, integration, test and evaluation, sustainment; public-safety and highly interoperable communications systems; software development; enterprise-wide end-to-end integrated cybersecurity policy, operations and technical support; and implementing advantageous secure communication and architecture solutions for resilient and interoperable infrastructure, networks, platforms, and software. Incumbent is MANTECH. Expanding scope from current NCR contract in order to close technology and skills gaps in current TW14 contract portfolio to meet emergent and expected demand signals from sponsors over the next 5 years as the shift to near-peer competition continues. Expanded scope to include enterprise level/scale/challenges, application of next generation, emerging communications technology and techniques (e.g., 5G, Spectrum Awareness, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Internet of Things, etc); high-end (conceptual, complex, innovative) and specialized RF systems engineering, modeling and integration; analysis of RF communications systems in congested/contested environments, software defined radio and network development, and end-to-end secure resilient communications infrastructure.
