MTU Series 60 Engine Overhaul

This requirement is for the awarding of commercial contracts for the overhaul of the MTU S60 engine and attached Twin Disc marine gear on the 45' RBM class USCG vessel. The use of OEM MTU brand parts from authorized distributors and dealers is required. In support of this vessel, the Small Boat Product Line (SBPL) at the Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) has a need for the establishment of up to 6 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for one (1) base year and four (4) option years for the overhaul of the S60 engine and Twin Disc marine gear onboard the 45' RBM. The SBPL plans to submit an approved J&A and the results of market research that was conducted by the SBPL COR and provided to the SBPL Contracting Officer.
