Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Program and Development Support Services

This is intended to be a task order against the existing BPA 70RDAD19FRA0000011. There is an incumbent task order for similar services: 70RDAD22FC0000125. The OCPO Acquisition Systems Branch (ASB) is looking to gain process improvements with evolving technologies, specifically Robotic Process Automation (RPA), to reduce or eliminate manual, time consuming and/or repetitive work processes related to the acquisition and procurement lifecycle and related acquisition workforce mission support processes (e.g., acquisition training). This will be accomplished with RPA and related technology. In Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 and again in FY 2022, ASB completed an RPA proof of concept to establish an understanding of how RPA technology can support procurement business processes. As part of these efforts, ASB developed a suite of RPA guides, tools, and templates to support automation intake assessment, documentation of as-is/to-be processes, and solution design. ASB will continue to use these tools, guides, and templates as it continues to expand its use of RPA. ASB requires assistance with candidate process intake and assessment, documentation of processes to be automated, development of automations, testing, end-user training, implementation of automations, and documentation of lessons learned in support of OCPO and the procurement workforce we support.
