Replace INOP PA System, B6589, SWFPAC

Requirement: Replace the existing interior communication system and any additional component replacement to include but not limited to: electrical wiring, batteries, cabinets, and interface modules. Dispose of old material as well as unused supporting components, devices and hardware. Ensure modifications are made to include the BOSC contract maintenance. Justification: : Severe damage/degradation, not operational and cannot be serviced/repaired. Replacement will be required as a whole. Severe serviceability reduction.
