REQUIREMENT: Concrete spalling repair and Crack Injection. 1. Spalling repair. West side of super-flood seat has a spall in the seating area at 15', 20' & 25' draft mark. West side of caisson seat has a spall at 25' draft mark. 2. Crack inject leak in floodgate pit. There are horizontal cracks halfway up the wall of both floodgate pits that seep seawater. These cracks are at the same elevation all around both floodgate pits. 4. There are two known leaks in the service gallery floors that separates the service gallery floor from the voids below them.
