Regional Program Cycle Support Platform

The Contractor must provide technical support and/or services on relevant areas of the USAID program cycle. This includes support for effective planning, robust design, performance reporting, evaluations, conducting special studies, DQA, ME&L, CLA, use of GIS, DIS and KM at all levels to support programs and activities from Peru's bilateral and South America Regional portfolios, as well as from USAID Missions in South America. Overall, the ultimate expected results of this Contract are to strengthen USAID s program cycle systems in the bilateral and SAR programs and to enhance the capacity of local/regional entities in the use of evidence for programming, learning, and adaptive management.
