Program Management for ETAP, NSF by Numbers, Evidence Act

This contract is for program management support to OIA/EAC to (1) provide operational support for the activities and programs, chiefly the Education and Training Application (ETAP), NSF by the Numbers, and Evidence Act activities; (2) develope and implement business requirements for maturing IT systems; (3) strategically engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders; (4) apply data analytics tools and statistical analyses to support evaluation and dashboard development and maintenance; and (5) analyze data, track outcomes, and continuously support improvements to EAC's evaluation processes.
