Professional Services for Organizational Assessment

*8/6/2024: Revised Strategic Sourcing Vehicle to 'No and changed acquisition strategy'* USCIS Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) is seeking professional services to perform an organizational assessment of the OCFO. This would involve reviewing the organization's processes, work environment, and structure to identify areas of redundancy, inefficiency, gaps for opportunities to provide value that isn t currently being filled, where technology can provide more complex and comprehensive support to the OCFO, and opportunities for better organizational partnerships and any other organizational challenges that if addressed would result in a more progressive and efficient OCFO. The Government plans to issue a direct award under the 8(a) program. A contractor has already been selected for this acquisition.
