The purpose of this non-personal services requirement is to obtain professional analytical support services to conduct analysis, screening, and related support activities in response to interoperability queries conducted on removable noncitizens who pose a threat to public safety and national security at the PERC command center in Santa Ana, CA. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor performing the services herein. The Contractor personnel shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
