OCOSO & OCFO Property Management Risk Remediation Support Services (formerly Compensating Controls Support)

Work under this agreement will require the contractor to assist in all requested remediation of financial statement audit findings; implement, evaluate, maintain, and document the standardized property, plant, and equipment process; perform daily operational transactions, reconciliations, and resolution; develop and review general vouchers and journal vouchers; develop desk procedures and training materials; and assist in preparation of audit deliverables and audit responses. Additional scope of this requirement encompasses property management assessment, inventory, and internal control support services for CISA as directed by CISA OCOSO and OCFO in meeting relevant provisions of the Federal Management Regulations (FMR) (41 CFR 102), Chief Financial Officer s Act, Federal Financial Management Improvement Act (FFMIA), Federal Managers Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA), OMB Circular A- 123, DHS Financial Accountability Act (FAA), Executive Orders and other applicable statutes and DHS requirements. The Contractor shall provide policy and process assessment and inventory, internal control assessment support, corrective action support, technical and training expertise, and project management.
