OCHCO Human Resources Support Services

The Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, (OCHCO) is responsible for Human Resources services for the Department of Homeland Security. OCHCO fulfills its' congressionally - mandated mission requirements in support of various Components, through several divisions within the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer. The divisions are as follows: Human Resources Management and Services (OCHCO/HRMS) Strategic Workforce Planning and Analysis (OCHCO/SWPA) Strategic Recruitment, Diversity and Inclusion (OCHCO/SRDI) Human Capital Policy and Programs (OCHCO/HCPP) Optional Surge CLIN to cover DHS proper The objective of this task order is to support OCHCO in performing Human Resources functions such as Human Capital Management (Recruitment, Hiring, Compliance and Staffing support), Documentation and Support, Benefits, Executive Resources, Integrated Business Management, Strategic Planning and Alignment, Payroll and Processing, Workforce Relations
