NSWC JM25 BLDG 2 CONCRETE WORK

JM25 NSWC Concrete Work JM25 NSWC Concrete Work SHAR 3491: Repairs to be completed at Facilities 2524, 3330W, & 142. B-2524: Remove & replace Dock Top, dock front wall, and all fill inside dock portion to the left of personnel door and Roll up door #8 to the right of this roll up door, roughly 26' wide to resolve concrete deterioration and damage on dock top and front wall. Replacement to include 3 Bumper Blocks in this location. ; B-3330W: Raise an area roughly 41 ' L x 13' W to level elevation with highest point by facility entrance and pour concrete pad to run off of existing width between the facility wall (were entry door is located) and the existing side walk that runs along this area, a rectangular concrete pad for 4 6'5 W x 6'2 L picnic tables is desired. River Rock (estimated F10 size stone) to be placed between the new concrete pad and the current side walk and along the right side of the new concrete pad is needed as filler and grade distribution. Noted due to increase in elevation on the right side of the new pad, depending on how much increase occurs a 21' concrete curb and hand rail are possibly needed to meet safety requirements for this project. ; B-142: Front & Back Dock's: Partial removal of front dock top starting on the left side at expansion joint between Roll up door #2 and Work Bay door #3 extending to the right to the end of the dock (135' L x 10' W x 10' thick). Dock front wall and back dock cracks will be patched and repaired as needed with epoxy patches and sealers. (7) Bumper blocks on replaced front dock top section will be removed and replaced with like in kind. (4) Sets of steps on the front dock area that will be replaced will be removed stored and re-attached once new top is on and set.
