NETC-E-F BUILDING ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT

There is a need to replace E-F-Building slate roof with synthetic slate, cornice, downspouts, gutters, gutter guards, and snowbirds. Prior to commencing roof replacement, contractor shall thoroughly inspect conditions of roof on Building E & F and submit findings in document form to government for review. Existing issues with all deteriorated sub structures shall be corrected first before installation of any new underlayment or roofing material. Project shall consist of a replacement of existing slate roof with new Ecostar or similar synthetic slate material by qualified individuals. New synthetic materials shall match existing color and style as much as possible and consist of Class A Fire Rating designation.
