NAVAL INFORMATION WARFARE CENTER (NIWC) PACIFIC, CODE 53523, COMMON DATA LINK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CDLMS) ADJUST PROCESSOR (AP) MULTI-LINK INTERFACE UNIT (MLIU) ENGINEERING SERVICES

The scope of this acquisition is to provide System Engineering services to NIWC Code 53523 with development and maintenance of AP_MLIU segment of the C2P/CDLMS. The support includes the following areas: System Engineering support in hardware and software issues, analyzing and correcting AP_MLIU Test Observation Reports (TORs) and Software Trouble Reports (TRSs), incorporating new enhancements and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Interface Change Proposals (ICPs), testing and integration, updating documentations, resolving obsolescence issues, implementing Information Assurance (IA) Vulnerabilities for fielded Common Data Link Management System (CDLMS) software baselines. The support also consists of providing fleet support and the correction of problems identified in AP_MLIU Trouble Reports or Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs). This effort will involve coordination with NIWC Pacific Code 53523 and PEO C4I / PMW 150 to correct problems raised by Fleet users concerning the CDLMS, AP_MLIU, and C2P.
